Gimmick: His song describes him perfectly. He doesn't back down from a fight. Is here for the thrill of competition more than about titles. He's willing to even defend the title every week in order to prove his point whenever he does hold a title. He is a rebel as well, reminds you of Stone Cold Steve Austin in terms of his gimmick in that he dares you to tell him he can't do it. Annoys the nuts out of you until he finally gets what he wants. Somehow, that makes the fans love the hell out of him due to how many people he has stood up to that others would be scared at. They love that won't back down, lay your money down, I'm no spectator at the revolution style attitude.
Entrance Music: The Exies - Lay Your Money Down

Short Bio:
Eric Herrera was born in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up with only his mother taking care of his brother and sister by herself. He had to put up with since he was 4 years old watching his mom try to take care of three kids on her own from a handicapped state due to his dad's violent nature. Thus making him mature at a way quicker rate than other kids. He had to learn to be the man of the house when his brother was acting immature and when his sister got married early. His brother was known for making dumb ass decisions and caused Eric's family to move to El Centro, California when he was nine years old.
Once in El Centro, his friends at school got him into wrestling which pissed off his mother and his siblings. They both thought wrestling was pointless to get into and tried to talk him out of it by any means necessary. He took wrestling into the extreme getting into fights at school on several occasions. At one point his own mother removed the cable from their house and punished Eric that way. But Eric wasn't dumb. He did anything possible to stay in touch with wrestling. His friends eventually helped him discover AAA and CMLL which he watched off Antenna. He felt blessed to live so close to the Mexican Border despite despising his Mexican Heritage, since he was embarrassed of botching his Spanish a lot and not having been in Mexico long enough to know what it felt like, aka felt like a hypocrite.
It was in school that one of those friends would end up becoming his best friend slowly but surely. Veronica Rodriguez, who now happens to be his girl friend. They met in high school in his many wrestling get-togethers he would have in the school. What attracted him to her was that she loved a lot of stuff that girls would usually puke at. She was fascinated by a lot of Eric's interests and shared the same pain of his of her parents despising her for her interests. At one point Eric and Vero considered each other to be like family. So of course them dating soon was a complete no-brainer. During high school Eric would wrestle in Indies to try and get some practice. Once he graduated from high school and saw he wasn't having much success at Indies at first he went over to Canada to get trained by Chris Benoit. Once he finished getting trained by Benoit he continued Indies under his teacher's guidance and passed with flying colors. Eric would go on to win nearly every title he was qualified to get in his stay in the Indies.
By the time he signed to his first fed, UCW (What would become WOF/FTWO/HVW/Etc.) he had become the most wanted Indy free agent available. Think of CM Punk and Samoa Joe when they were signing with WWE and TNA. He had accomplished all that there was left to accomplish in Indies, including be a grand slam champion in one federation so him being scouted by Jonny B was a no-brainer. Ever since then Eric has shown signs of his Indies days in between one retirement and one injury. The first being when Grave Digger chokeslammed him off the stage in a HVW show sidelining him for near 4 months. The second being when Michael Black defeating him in Tournament of Kings 2007 causing a near half a year retirement. In between all that Eric has managed to stay on top. He retired on top and returned on top shocking the world by winning the Supernova Title. He went on to hold the title for 2 months until he lost it to White Guardian. After leaving TWI and having PWO close down, Eric received offers from a familiar company by the name of SWA. Eric jumped at the opportunity to make up for his lackluster debut here. He comes fully focused on cementing the legacy he left behind in UHW before it closed.

When the lyrics start he begins walking down to the ring.
Fighting to control my mind.
But tragedy is all I find!
The panic builds up from deep within the subconscious mind.
Always thought that the pain would end with the passage of time.
No matter how many layers deep you try to hide yourself.
They will crack and peal away to reveal something else.
From the past we must break free. Come to terms with all that tortures me.
Jay stands at the middle of the ramp and looks at the crowd with a smirk while embracing all the boos before continuing his walk down the ramp.
Tragic memories invade.
Let the storm winds wash them all away.
I will be the only one who is left to decide.
There will be no more that is left for compromise.
Break away from the curse of man's original sin.
Turn away as you stay hidden behind a twisted grin.
From the past we must break free.
Come to terms with all that tortures me.

Short Bio:
Jay first started wrestling while in high school. He was a outstanding wrestler but was known for being too rough when wrestling. To the point where he injured one wrestler by accident while in high school. He grew up in a family that usually does not like wrestling. But he sneaked behind their back and joined the wrestling team in high school. When his parents found out, they treated him like the outcast of the family and refused to talk to him thinking that wrestling is the biggest waste of time on the planet.
Even though he did not have the support of his family, that did not stop Jay as he continued to train and strive to get better. When he graduated from high school he went to train with John Bradshaw Layfield in the middle of independent wrestling events that he would be involved in. It was in the independent wrestling scene that he met Eric. Eric scouted him and saw something in him that others didn't. Eric was motivated to turn Jay into something and not let this opportunity slip him by. So he signed him into the Wrestling Independence Association and quickly began tagging with him to teach him the tricks of the business while tagging at the same time.
They quickly found success and became the longest reigning tag team champions in WIA History. Then during the end of their title reign Jay turned on Eric and thought he could be on his own but found out the hard way that he had a lot to learn before he could turn on his teacher. One of those hard lessons was being put on the sidelines during his singles attempt for over a year. When the year came up, Eric phoned Jay about if his back was healed and Jay said yes, which prompted Eric to give him a second chance in UHW. This has ignited Jay's career and lit a fire under him. Under Eric's tutelage Jay has been developing and Eric has now allowed him to venture into singles competition when during a meeting backstage Eric grinned and said "Its time."
This prompted Jay to sign with ECWF where Jay would make his mark in singles competition having a classic match of the year candidate against the current Pure Wrestling Champion Alex Seeker in a non title match. That wouldnt be the end of Jay's maturity cycle as when he signed with PWO little did he know that George Williams his future partner would motivate him to return to the south and leave his rich ways and return to his roots. Jay obliged and left his mentor to get a new home in La Grange, Texas where he now resides. He is very proud of his southern heritage and is determined to bring gold to his home state of Texas where he was raised since he was 9 until high school graduation. Now he comes to SWA to continue his singles domination on a bigger stage.

Entrance Music: MisSunderstood by Earshot
Entrance Description:
The intro to MisSunderstood by Earshot plays as the crowd stands up in anticipation. The lights start to dim as the lyrics start to be heard.
Wipe away your tears
Put away your pain tonight
Run away until you finally see the light
Sing a song with me
Hush the quiet scream inside
See the world through different eyes
Hear no more the sound of lies...
At the instant you hear the following verse of Can't you run a pyro shoots up from the entrance ramp as Vero walks out to the ramp with her fists raised to the air.
Can't you run?
A pretty one that's shaken up inside...
Can't you hear?
I hear them call her name, misSunderstood
She's unpredictable and...
She begins to walk down the ramp as the song continues on after and...
Hear the cold wind blow outside
Try to feel the warmth inside
Etched, the faces and the words into your mind
As she gently weeps
Surface the secrets that she keeps
Like a thief into the night
A love so wrong but right...
She arrives at the end of the entrance ramp and looks at the crowd around her in excitement then runs towards the ring and slides under the ropes.
Can't you run?
A pretty one that's shaken up inside
Can't you hear?
I hear them call her name, misSunderstood
She's unpredictable and pure...
Can't you run?
A pretty girl who's shaken up inside
Can't you hear?
I hear them call her name, misSunderstood
She's unpredictable and...
How can she...begin to try?
Misunderstood so many times...so many times
She is seen posing on the upper left turnbuckle taunting the crowd. She then sits on the turnbuckle waiting for either her opponent to make her/his way to the ring or for the ref to ring the bell. The song fades after the last verse...before the continuation of that can occur.

Short Bio:
Veronica was born in El Centro, California. She grew watching AAA and CMLL on Antenna since her family didn't have the money to buy cable. She would sneak behind her parents back and watch it with her room locked since they hated wrestling with a passion. Growing up she was teased by kids at school because they considered her a tomboy. As in she loved a lot of things that a normal girl wouldn't like. Examples would be football, most of her friends were guys so she would get teased about that too, she would act like she was part of the guys.
During high school she got into wrestling for the first time. She was looked at funny by her school for wanting to get into a man's sport as they called it. She was the smallest on the team too. But she made up for it with her skills. She learned a lot from watching wrestling on TV and surprised a lot of the guys. She became very successful while in high school. It was during her freshman year in high school while on said wrestling team that she met Eric Herrera. They quickly became best friends. Eric would take the literal bullet for Vero a lot and be injured because of it. Vero and Eric were instrumental to each other's careers.
Vero got Eric out of a lot of depressions during a lot of his retirements and acted like a coach to Eric so in a way his girlfriend is his best friend. She saw Eric at his best and at his worst. Both were able to sympathize with each other because of their family situations. They would often hang out at restaurants, arcades, anywhere just not to go home to the same old crap of arguing with the family all the time about their interests and why they had marks on their body. Their family essentially was very embarrassed of them liking wrestling, let alone considering it for a career out of all things. But Vero and Eric didn't suffer, as they both continued to support each other and in their Junior Year of high school they started dating.
They dated for the remaining years of high school into Indies. Halfway into Eric's Indies stint they stopped talking due to Eric taking wrestling too seriously and not spending time with her enough. Although later on in HVW they would go ahead to reconcile where Eric would give her her first professional wrestling contract. In Indies she found success in that short time and took Eric to his limit in several occasions. During her time off she studied to become a Registered Nurse. When Eric came back and gave her her first contract she didn't have much success and was promptly relegated back to manager. It wasn't until like December 2007 where she would have her first stint at singles competition. Now she wants to fight with the big boys and has come to SWA to prove her worth.
